Foot Reflexology during Pregnancy
Yes – at ReflexoVital in Horgen, foot reflexology during pregnancy is possible from the 4th month of pregnancy. During the first three months I do not treat. A session lasts 60 minutes and costs CHF 105. If you are unsure, please check with your doctor or midwife before booking.
Many expectant mothers use foot reflexology as a conscious break: an hour lying down, breathing and relaxing. My practice is at Gumelenstrasse 7 in Horgen, a 7-minute walk from the station, with free parking nearby. I speak German and English.

From when is it possible?
I treat pregnant women from the 4th month of pregnancy. During the first three months I do not offer foot reflexology.
If your pregnancy involves complaints or complications, please check with your doctor or midwife first. If in doubt, we can discuss it together before your appointment.
How a session works
We start with a short conversation about how you are feeling. Then you lie comfortably on the treatment table while I work on the reflex zones of both feet for about 60 minutes. I adjust the pressure to what feels good for you – just tell me at any time.
Most people feel deeply relaxed afterwards. Drink plenty of water and allow yourself some rest after the session.
When to avoid it
As with any foot reflexology session, there are situations in which I do not treat, or recommend medical advice first:
- During the first three months of pregnancy
- With fever or acute inflammation
- With fresh injuries or fungal infections on the feet
- With chronic illness: please check with your doctor first
Price and payment
A 60-minute session costs CHF 105. With the 10-session deal for CHF 945 you pay for 9 sessions and receive 10. Payment is after the session, in cash or via Revolut. As I currently have no EMR recognition, Swiss health insurance does not cover the cost.
